Marni Wandner is a board certified integrative health coach, executive coach, and wellness consultant working primarily with music industry professionals and creatives.
She draws on her 20+ years as an executive and entrepreneur in the music industry and her own experience as a creative and recovery from burnout, as well as her training in coaching psychology, nutrition and the Five Archetypes (a transformational methodology based on the Chinese Five Elements) and focuses on leveraging clients' strengths to help them achieve peak performance and build sustainable, balanced lives doing the work they love.
Marni coaches through a holistic lens, helping clients with everything from stress management, burnout, limiting beliefs, and time management to healthy eating, exercise, energy levels, and better sleep. She works with clients one-on-one and also partners with organizations to present workshops, facilitate group coaching sessions, and design wellness and professional development programs.
