THE BRAIN + BODY BALANCE PROGRAM

The Brain + Body Balance Program is a one-on-one health and performance coaching program focused on helping clients manage stress, increase energy, improve mood and prevent (or recover from) burnout so they can think, feel, live and work better.

Together, we’ll work to build resilience and regulate your nervous system by fine-tuning your mindset, nutrition, fitness and sleep. I use a methodology based on the Chinese Five Elements that helps us quickly break through behavioral patterns quickly and effectively.

Throughout the program, we very often also address things like work/business/career challenges as well - it’s all connected. 

During this 3 month program, I guide clients through my “CLEAR Method” via 12 weekly 50-minute sessions, as outlined below. Some modules will need more sessions than others - everyone is different. I’m available via WhatsApp during my office hours between sessions for spot coaching and additional support.

THE CLEAR METHOD:

C = CLARITY

We’ll set goals, optimize your mindset and get clear about your beliefs (and your time) so we can start building new habits that stick. We’ll also hone in on your unique elemental personality archetype and start to build your resilience and break through any patterns that could be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

L = LOWER STRESS

We’ll incorporate techniques that bring down your stress and anxiety, both in the moment and long-term. Again, we’ll take your archetype into consideration to develop practices that will work specifically for YOU.

E = EAT FOR ENERGY + MOOD

We’ll optimize your nutrition to ensure that you’re powered by high quality ingredients for peak performance, mentally and physically. You’ll learn what to eat, how to fit in more home cooking, and how to be ready for travel, social events, restaurants, and schedule changes. We can also address things like cravings, emotional eating and any other specific concerns.

A = ACTIVITY

You’ll learn which forms of exercise are likely to work best for you and will develop practices to incorporate movement into everyday life, for less stress and more energy.

R = REST

We’ll optimize your sleep + establish flexible morning and evening routines to make sure that you're set up for sufficient rest every day. We’ll also build a strategy for rest, and breaks, to keep you at peak performance - without the risk of burning yourself out.
